Larraine Jones

First Lady

Larraine discovered her passion for music at an early age. From singing around the house as a child to joining the choir throughout school, Larraine has always been one to let her voice shine. Because her father was a preacher, Larraine grew up in the church. At a young age, she began singing solos in the mass choir.

By the time she was 22, she was directing choirs. Larraine has sung with many groups locally and nationally, including a group led by the Gospel Recording artist Mandisa, Minister Stephen Hurd, and was a singer with the gospel band Urban Street Level. She also led praise and worship at youth conventions with over 10,000 youth in attendance. Larraine participated in Sunday’s Best Gospel Television Show.

Larraine serves and participates in praise & worship at Fowler United Methodist Church and Cecil United Methodist Church in Annapolis, Maryland. Larraine has been married to Rev. Jerome Jones Sr. for over 24 years and has six beautiful children (Chasity, Jerome Jr, Jeremiah, Janiah, Jacob, and Jayla).
Her favorite songs to lead are “My Help “and “Jesus and Me” by Debra Barnes. On Dec 1, 2015, Larraine released her first solo project, “It’s Time For Worship,” now available on iTunes and Spotify.

She sold over 10,000 copies; it has a sound that is unique and fresh to the ear. She is very excited about the plans that God has for her future. Larraine is a faithful psalmist who takes no substitutions when giving God genuine praise and adoration. The word of God says, “I Can Do All Things Through Christ That Strengthens Me.”
